Havering North PCN Team
Our PCN is led by our Clinical Directors: Dr Jwala Gupta and Dr Pratheep Suntharamoorthy, and a Management Team.
The clinical team consists of GPs, Nurses and healthcare professionals under the Additional Reimbursable Roles Scheme (ARRS) such as Social Prescribers, Health & Wellbeing Coaches, Clinical Pharmacists, Dieticians, Mental Health Practitioners or First Contact Physiotherapists.
Above roles compliment services provided by GPs, Care Navigators and administrative staff leading to better patient care, improved health and wellbeing outcomes, and a more efficient healthcare system.
